Ideal for straylining with no weight or minimal slide sinkers around the rocks. Set your drag loose or use a baitrunner spinning reel so the fish can run with the bait — resulting in a self-hooking hookup. 9 out of 10 times you'll find the hook point sitting at the corner of the fish's mouth, improving efficiency and making for a cleaner release.
