Returns We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item — we want you to be happy with your gear.

Eligibility To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Email us at donfishgear@outlook.com and we'll confirm eligibility and send through the return address. Please don't send items back without reaching out first — we won't be able to accept them.

Damages & incorrect items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch straight away and we'll sort it out.

Non-returnable items The following can't be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders)
  • Items not in original condition — used, missing tags, or damaged by the buyer

Exchanges The easiest way to get the right product is to return your item first, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days — allow a little extra time for your bank to complete it on their end. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out at donfishgear@outlook.com

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
